Ever wanted your own personal army of undead slaves? Have you ever been laughed at, scoffed at, or called eccentric, mad or just plain crazy? Then this book is for you. We know that today's "mad" scientist has limited funds and may be working with a restricted budget. But lack of funding should not be a deterrent to your dreams. Even if you can't have all shiny new beakers and electrodes like those Yale sissies, you should be able to get a reasonably priced chemistry set from your local thrift store. There are many ways that today's mad scientist can save and still not place his dreams of world domination in the corner to rot. This is a book full of fun hints and tricks that should guarantee a slight modicum of success for any wannabe mad scientist.------------ Author's Notes

Chapter Seven – The Mysterious Passion of the Crusty Hermit
The sock monkeys and the blue toupees had a long-standing feud for as far back as any could remember. It had started because either a sock monkey had sneezed and used a blue toupee as a handkerchief or a blue toupee had borrowed five bucks from a sock monkey and never paid it back. No one precisely remembered which.… Register or log in to access full content

Unlike some of my work, I have a feeling that this one won't be so well-received. It, like most literature today, started as a "Twilight" fanfic (satire's a type of fanfic, right?). But then I switched the genders of the main characters, switched pirates for vampires, and added a bunch of stuff that has been bouncing around my head for a while. I'm quite pleased with the result, though I'm not sure you will be. I dare you to read this and find out.The Trouble With Bricks, Third Installment

Chapter Five – Sock Monkeys in the Blue Toupee Jungle of Death
The jungle spread out before Suzie, Frank, Frank’s Colon, Flippy and Melvin like a giant sock and underwear drawer, where everything had just been tossed in, was not laid carefully in rows, and the underwear was not folded just so.
“Well, well”, said Frank, “The Blue Toupee Jungle. As I live and breathe.”
“That’s a jungle, all right,” said Suzie.… Register or log in to access full content

Chapter Three – Evil Circus, Part Five
For years now, Suzie had awakened Cleotus in all sorts of vile and disgusting manners because she either delighted in torturing him or because she was incredible bored: perhaps a combination of the two. Occasionally, Cleotus would be brought back from the depths of dreamland to find his pants smeared with jello, a mosquito taped to the side of his face, or, and this was one of Suzie’s favorites, with his shirt set on fire.… Register or log in to access full content
